Summer and Greece are synonyms in my mind. Greece is the most magical place to be in the summer. Lingering days at the beach, family-style feasts, afternoon naps, evening strolls, the sound of crickets as a nightly lullaby…the list goes on. I live for the salt on my skin, the sun’s radiating warmth, the burst of flavor from every fresh bite of food, the dinners turning into entire nights over good conversation and a bottle of wine. It is quite the love affair.
